DELIVERY TO RURAL OR REMOTE AREAS:
While we do pride ourselves for being one of the only online collectives that serves all Worldwide with overnight shipping, rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas, or unforeseeable events such as weather, traffic, road closures, etc. We ask that you please take this into consideration if you do reside in a remote area.
To insure next business day delivery is to place the order before 3PM. Please include any important details or information to gain access to your residence if you live in a gated community or apartment complex, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee on time delivery.While patients don’t need to be present to sign for delivery, they MUST be the recipient at the address delivered via our terms and collective agreement. If not available at time of delivery, packages will be left in a secure location or Secure P.O Boxes that is not visible from the street. All orders are given automatic email notifications that will include tracking code and will notify you when your order is shipped and when it’s been delivered. If you’d like to request signature for your package, please let us know directly.
ORDER DEADLINE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
Orders submitted and paid before 3PM on a business day will arrive by the next business day Within US. Orders submitted and paid after 3PM Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be sent Monday morning and arrive Tuesday. Delivery times can vary, but usually orders will arrive between 8AM to END OF DAY based on their location (rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas). You will be given a tracking code and receive email notifications on your shipping statuses.
